I ve been receiving calls from NCO Financial Systems, asking for bank info and pushing for a payment

I have received a letter from nco stating that i owe them $152.09 from my overdrawn account at bank of america. I paid off the account through the bank itself and my account was then active. So i thought that i was fine. Today i received a call from some very rude customer reps at nco, trying to get me to pay off my debt of $152.09. I told them that i paid that off with the bank and that i dont owe them any money. They continued to try to get me to pay them by asking for my routing number on my checks, but i dont have any money at the moment, and they told me i should ask family members to use there checks to pay them off. I told them id pay them on the 30th just to shut them up. I need help with this situation, if anyone knows what i should do please help.
