INC ripoff, Bogus AT&T bill at address never lived at

As others have stated my credit report now shows a bogus report for an AT&T bill at an address where I have never lived. They have my Social Security number and want $36 for an account that I never have had.

They have told me this is a bill from 2000 and that they and AT&T have tried numerous times to get in touch with me at an address where I have never lived.

I am looking into where I can legally report these guys to.
