Of Charlotte rips off customer charging $250 for reservation that was never given! Ripoff fraud business

I have pursued everything in my power to clear up an unauthorized charge of $250.00 to my Master card account on 12/31. I have contacted the business, Swing 1000 on Central Ave in Charlotte, NC; 18 times to clear up this $250.00 charge and NO ONE will return my calls! The lady, Julie, whom I booked the reservations with two hours prior to my arrival at Swing 1000 on 12/31, assured me that she WOULD NOT CHARGE my card and that she just needed it to make the reservation.

When my date and I arrived a few hours after I booked our reservation with Julie, we were informed by Peggy, the hostess at Swing 1000, that she had no reservations for us and we had to wait over 50 minutes to be seated while we watched Peggy seat four parties whom arrived AFTER us. We basically had to wait until all parties were seated to see if a table would be available for us to be seated. (So if Julie, indeed should have informed me she was charging my card upon securing a reservation as Carrie and Peggy are now stating that Julie should have done so, then I should have NOT been charged, regardless, since when my date and I arrived, we were informed that NO reservation for us had been made nor documented.

Swing 1000 has apologized to me repeatedly for their error and both Peggy and Carrie whom I have spoken a few times out of the 18 times I have called Swing 1000 have assured me that they would have Darcey contact me to credit my account. It is evident that Swing 1000 has no intention to clear this matter.
