Really got the "screw" when I purchased a wooden swing set

Used Wal Marts site to store delivery service to purchase an Adventure Swing set for my boys 2nd birthday. Ordered in plenty of time so I could put it up for him by his birthday, or I thought. Anyways we got an email saying it was in. I work shift work so my wife and my elderly father went to Wal-Mart to load up the boxes and bring them home, no easy task. They unloaded the boxes, only to find out they had sent two of the same exact boxes, with the same parts. Its a large swing set so it comes in two boxes. They brought it back to the store and was told by the assistant manager that they could do nothing. Not only that they told my wife she would have to wait and get her money refunded and then go online and make the purchase all over again, that once again they could do nothing in any way to help us out. So my wife did as she was told and got the money refunded and once again placed the order. She also attached a note stating what had happened and that we would really like the swing set by our boys birthday, because that was the intention. Their response was sorry, but nothing they could do for us. That the make the deliveries policies fair and just. Told us we could have chosen home delivery if we needed it that bad. Keep in mind that if it was delivered to our door they would have charged us 200.00 for delivery, the swing-set itself was less than 400.00.
