Ripoff fraudlent advertising very nasty customer service, threating slander the business that doesnt give a dam

I bid on a necklace, after three hours of trying i finally got through, i won the bid for 36.00 only to find out that they say there wasnt enough bids to sell it. When I called them they were very nasty, I told them I was going to report thim to the bbb, they said to go ahead but to remember theres slander I am not the only person they do this to it also happned to my daughter and a friend. It appears if the bid isnt high enough for them, you wont get it
