Ripoff AOL must somehow be involved

I was checking my checking account yesterday when I noticed a charge of $139.95 on my check card. My check card has been lost for over 2 months so I called the company and they said I signed up on line. I had never heard of this company before and I had not given them authorization to take funds from my account. The only company that has my account number on line is aol. However, they say it is impossible for anyone to get my info from them. But there is no other possible way for them to have gotten access to my account. I believe AOL must somehow be involved.
