UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGES ripoff business from hell

I recently recieved an Insufficient Funds notice from my bank. I was for a charge of $139.95. I called the bank to find out what it was and the gave me the name MWI Galleria and the phone number 800-411-8104.

Since I had no clue who or what they were I called to find out why I was charged. They told me that I had signed up with then over the internet. I informed them that I hadn't so they said they would credit my account.

After that I wanted to know what they were going to do about the insufficient charges I had incurred. They said nothing because I signed up with them. I kept telling them that I would know if I signed up, especially if my account would be charged $139.95, thats something most people would remember.

After giving up and deciding to research them I found this site and the reports, so I decided to call them back. When I informed the person of what I found out about the company and demanded the pay for the charges they made me inccur, they told me the claims were fraudulent and they would not credit my account.

They then proceded to tell me that its impossible for anyone to get my credit card number without me giving it to them, like I was a complete moron. When I told the lady that its not hard to do, she became silent and refused to answer any more of my questions.
