Billing for Services Not Rendered the business that doesnt give a dam

Z-Tel is a joke. First I purchased a plan that included voice mail, and a feature called "find me" on 12/06/03. After repeated calls on 12/16/03 the customer service rep informed me that the package I had been sold did not include voicemail, but she would add it.

After many calls to the company telling them that this service was not wokring, on 1/14/03 another rep told me the EXACT same thing, and once again "added" the service. Since they have credited me for the services that did not work, they think I should still pay for the portion of the services that did.

Think about it in these terms. If you bought a car (i.E. A Z-Tel package) and the power windows did not work, would you be happy if they simply credited you back for the power windows, but made you keep the car any how? I THINK NOT. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE.
