Kaplan Never Answers Calls When You Try To Withdrawl Fort Lauderdal

Hello, my name is Jarrett. I have been going to kaplan now for about 1 and a half terms. I am trying to withdrawl, seems i can not get ahold of anyone now.

When i enrolled they called me all the time, now that i want to withdrawl they are nowhere to be found. I call they say i must speak with the advisor who enrolled me. They say other advisors cannot withdrawl me.

I just called them tonight and talked to a representive, by pushing 0. He told me that anyone should be able to withdrawl me. They are just giving me the run around to try to make me stay longer so they can get more money.

I am not going to stand for this. Do not attend Kaplan for your own good. You will get charged way to much money, and no one will ever answer your calls.

If you want to attend a college i suggest you attend a local college. They even have it online now, most anyways. If you want to get ripped off go ahead and attend Kaplan.

They are very eager to get you enrolled to get money, but when you want to leave they are nowhere to be found. I strongly urge anyone to find another college. Another thing is the teachers give you all the answers. You are not actually able to learn, because they give you examples with all the answers already on them.

Anyone please listen, I am not making this up. This is a true story for your own good.
