Unauthorized ripoff billing charges Worldwide

On 3-17-03 I called my moms credit card company to get the latest charges. Boy were we surprised to hear the bill for 139.95 from a company I have never even heard of, much less done business with.
I think the better business bureau needs to check into this and put a stop to it, because after looking on the internet, we are just one of many who have been ripped off, and I will refuse to pay. This is not a service we asked for and there will be a dispute and I am considering a lawsuit of fraud and theft.
