Rip-off Don't pay but take your money

Was a victim of this company for almost a year. They continually raise payment. Take your money make payments late if they make them at all and say it is your fault. My fault because I send money in early and they can't handle it.

They also didn't even make payments to some of my company in Oct. 2002. When I called to stop doing business with them they tell me they are keeping my first payment almost $300. Because I didn't finish there program. I shouldn't have to pay for stooping there program when they defaulted by not paying, late payment and veryvery poor customer service.

I have been on the phone for 1hr 1/2 on hold waiting for the next available representitive only for them to say sorry you have reached us after hours please call again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them they state they are non profit but take $40 amonth extra thats alot of postage. Please if you have the same problem report them. Maybe enough of us can stop them.
