Computer rip off scam

Alyon Tech automatically dicoonected me from the internet and then redialed a number that I had to unplug the modem to get it to stop. A month later I receive a bill on this matter. I couldn't get ahold of anyone on this matter, they have a computerized phone answering system. Now I am receiving bills from a collection agency.
Since this time pop ups have been coming up on the screen that are XXX. These go around my security content system. It was to the point that I couldn't let my children on the computer.

Something has to be done about this company. It is unbelievable that they have gotten away with this as long as they have.
