Fairbanks Capital Corp dishonest fraudulent ripoff business

I too am a victim with this company. It's sad that these are Americans ripping off other Americans just for the greed of money. Fairbanks just three weeks ago assumed my mortgage from my previous lender. They tell me I'm three months behind already.

I've always paid my payments and have proof with my bank statements. They told me to fax it to there research department.By reading other what has happened to others, it appears I'm in for a BIG headache. Has a class action suit been started. Please feel free to e-mail me with any help. I'm just an ordinary guy with a family making it pay check to pay check.
