The College Network
This is a scam, they are liers and this company is a fraud. Beware

I signed up with The College Netwok in May. I was told by a representative (Rachael Smith) that she would be able to obtain my transcripts from my previous college. We met at three different times in different places. Each time i asked her if she would be able to get the transcript and she said yes each time. We needed the transcript in order to see how many classes I had to take.

Several weeks and a lot of phone calls later I received a letter stating that they were unable to get a copy of my transcript. I phoned TCN and was told to get them myself. This is just the start of all the lies that were told to me.

I made a complaint with a supervisor at TCN against the rep. Not only for that lie but some others as well. The supervisor contacted the rep to get her side of the story but never did call me back that day. I called back and spoke with an advisor by the name of Frank. Frank stated that the rep did not know anything about the transcript. When i tried to contact the rep she would not answer the phone. The very next day the rep had her phone number changed.

A few weeks ago TCN sent me an email stating that I have more classes to take.

One of the friends that signed with TCN also tried to reach the rep and she would not return her calls as well.

At this point it is costing me a little over 7,000 and that does not include Excelsior College. It will be more money when they add the other classes.

I found out the TCN is not in connection with any college. They are a publishing company. So how would they be able to get my transcript anyway? I thought that before you were admitted to any college/university you had to have a transcript.

This man has his hands in everything that deals with TCN and the financing. I have a whole lot more to say and not enough space.
