Saratoga University College of Law took my $12 Grand and Ran!

After reading the posts from other suckers, I mean victims, I don't feel so bad about what happened to me, but I am still pretty steamed. Bottom line, I cannot get my JD transcript from Mr. Narkin, which the state requires for me to sit for the CA bar exam. I completed the fourth year of study in so I should be able to have SUCOL send the state my transcript. The only problem is that Mr. Narkin will not return calls, email or snail mail, and has not since this past Spring.

I am travelling to the San Jose location on Monday, November 15 to verify the accounts of you folks who claim he has left town and moved to Oregon. I have no reason to doubt you other than the value of heresay, and once I physically see that the address of 780 Blairwood Court in San Jose has been vacated by Mr. Narkin and the College of Law, I have friends who can and will find him in Oregon to confront him regarding this matter. After 5 years, $12,000 and 4,190 hours of study (yes, I counted), all I want is my transcript. I will follow-up this post with a link to digital pictures of the said location upon my return home.

Mr. Narkin, you know who I am by my email address. If you are reading this text, I urgently suggest you get in touch with me, prepared to handle my transcript delivery to the state immediately. I will not allow you to walk away with 5 years of my time. I do not want my money back. The only thing I want from you is my transcript THAT I EARNED. The deadline for my filing for the February bar exam is January 17. You have until November 30 for the state to receive my transcript. I will verify it.
