Fake rip-off scam liar ripoff swindlers

They took $221.00 out of my checking acount in october and sent me a package a month later they said that i
would be getting a credt card that i never got. When i

Call and ask about the card they told me that was for a
the package that they sent me. I told them that i want my money and they told me i needed tosend the package back

And they would refund my $221.00 back ihaven't got my money back yet and they want even answer the phone and
they don't have a toll free number so it cost me to call

I have did about $100.00 worth of calling. They have a recording service and it just repeat it self over and over. So what can i do to get my money back i was just plain and simble ripoff.
