Ripped me off abused & mistreated ripoff

A customer called me and told me i was approved for a visa worth up to 2500, the customer name was marcia i sent her the money and instead i received a package instead of the card this happed in december of last year and ever since i have been trying to get my refund back.

I've tried calling, but all i get is the answering service. I have also mailed the package back on august 3 and the package is still sitting at their post office. I really want my refund so i will still try to contact this office
