Trek Sales Benefits Services
Stole from elderly woman consumer fraud ripoff

Education & Science

I am filing this for my grandmother. She was called by a very nice woman who claimed to be Kelsay Cosonera. She talked her into buying credit card security for a few dollars a month to protect herself.

She demanded her bank account information and ripped her off for 299.00. Luckily we found out and closed the account. The number given to her by the woman was 1-877-413-3075. This is a calling card number for Global Crossing and they of course don't know what I'm talking about.

Each time I'm called I am immediately directed to check the number again. She got a copy of the check by phone. There are two numbers listed on it. 561-998-9020 (which I found out to be the National Association of Credit Card Merchants). That is the Florida address. I'm assuming it's the 3rd party that processed. The other number is 877-413-3074 and this number rings and rings without an answer and is one number off from the number she originally gave her.
