I want every one that is even considering buying this to pay attention to these reports. The customer service is horrible, they have no intentions in helping resolve your case. Every one of the reps that I talked to and beleive me I have talk to many, will tell you a different story about what they can and can not do. They will lie and cheat just to keep your money. This is a total scam... Unless you have $250 to flush down the toilet for something that is worthless and does not work then here is something you could sink you money into. If you are like most of us and need that $250 for something important DO NOT BUY THIS PLEASE. You will regret it, the only times the reps are nice is when they are taking your credit card info, after that it is a total change in attitude.
