INFINITE MIND: Rip-off Dishonest Fraudulent Billing

On this date, at 14:30 hrs, this writer made a service call to the Customer Service Section (1-888-796-4747) of the Infinite Mind Corporation to inquire as to why the online 90 day Eye-Q Reading Enhancement[Item No. 1090 01 999 $99.95] access page had been unavailable for 3 days (from 2/28/03 to 3/3/03).

After vehemently stating to the service representative and subsequently the "Stupidvisor", Becky, the problem with accessing the Eye-Q Reading Enhancement on-line service did not stem from this writer's system (as previous accessing of the web-site, absolutely presented no problem] the "Stupidvisor" [Becky]attempted to over-talk this writer, which was absolutely unacceptable; the phone conversation was terminated abruptly by her.

After this writer re-established several telephonic contacts with the customer service "Stupidvisor", Becky, and each time IT advised this writer that the web page was subsequently available [... And it was not; and to this date, still is not...] the telephonic conversation was very curtly terminated by 'Stupidvisor', Becky.

After the seventh telephonic contact with Customer Service, this writer stated that he wished to immediately initiate full termination of the service order [054-001-5102936-00108]with Infinite Mind Corporation.

The Customer Service Rep of Infinite Mind Corp. Logged this writer's request for cancellation.
