They were very deceitful about my son needind held with his sat from papers he filled out in school

A Mrs. Jamison called saying my son needed a study packet for his sat and act testing from papers he filled out for his guidance counsel. I could not confirm this because my son was not home. I talked to my son he knew nothing I called his guidance counselor she knew nothing. I called a number his guidance counsel gave me and told a Mr. John Stewart I was deceived and wanted to cancel he said he would refund 119.99 that was charged to my account that was on 10/06/08 I never received the test packet or a refund.
