Received call, Charged my credit card, No contact, Refused to cancel account—No refund

I received a call, talked to Brian Morris and said they could sell my time shares (2). Needed credit card number. Gave credit card number. They charged my card $2190.00 right after I got off the phone. They said they would send papers for me to sign. Received papers and changed my mine, no deal. Called C.H.M.S. To tell them and Brian Morris said that they had one of the time shares sold and they just needed the signed papers and that I would receive a check by Courier Express shortly. So I signed the papers and sent them back. But no check came. I started phoning just about every day (11 times) before I got to talk to someone and told him that I wanted to cancel the contract for a full refund, and he said that I could cancel the contract, but no refund. They don't return your calls as the answering machine says." calls will be returned within 48-72 hours ". Not one of my calls has been returned and they even changed the number to call and I started keeping track of when and what time I called from 2-12-09—3-13-09 and I will keep on calling until I get satisfaction.
