Ripoff made an unauthorized charge to my visa card $109.95 ripoff

I got my visa bill on 1/13/03. There was a charge of $109.95. I called the 800 number and talked to a man named Nigel. He said his ID number was TP704. I asked what the charge was for and who made it he said he would send me information on their service. I have waited about ten days for this information. When I called today all I could get was a recording. It asdked if I wanted to cancel my membership. I said I would. Then the recording said my membership had been canceled and they would refund my money when the billing cycle came around. Mr. Nigel told me if I didn't want the service that they would refund my money. I won't hold my breath.
