Fraudulently led to believe that 100% of tuition covered, Blocked account, LIED TO VERBALLY ON PHONE Davenport

I have had the exact same thing happen to me, I was guaranteed 100% verbally over the phone that 100% of my tuition would be covered because of my Veteran status and the fact that I am still drilling with the Army National Guard. The person I talked to over the phone GUARANTEED me that NOTHING would come out of my pocket and that they took care of everything for me. Now I am 30 credit hours into the associates degree, Locked out of my account and told that I owe more than $6000 dollars. If someone starts a lawsuit, I am in. I even have witnesses who I made sure were around to hear all of the guarantees. I even told them that if I had to pay for anything out of my pocket that they would never see any money because I could not afford it and again the admissions advisor guaranteed me that I was 100% covered. KAPLAN UNIVERSITY is a FRAUD and WILL LIE to you outright to get you to sign up. Do not sign up with them or you will regret it. Trust me..
