Trinity also ripped me off. I payed for a wallet sized ministry credential back in July, I got a confirmation number but no product. I have emailed them several times and received one reply in September with a promise of it being researched and have heard nothing since. I did however receive an email stating that I have to donate to them before December to "document" my ordination.
