ECMC You wont know you owe them, pull credit report, call, they arent who you owe St Paul Minnesota

After many years of ECMC taking my every TAX refunds to pay back the Student loan, they are still claiming more money owed to them, this account has also gone into bankrupcy over 8 yrs ago. Been given the word of the Bankrupcy courts that all debts were paid off. I was left alone for a year, then in the following year they started again with the calls, the letters, the the forever " YOU OWE ", to which if this is held truth, all they have been doing is adding intrest to an account they left open to colect intrest upon intrest. Turning it from one office to another, from California. To Nevada. To Minnisota. And now. To Indiana. Each office adds their intrest to the account. Making it be 4 times the original amount.
About a year ago, I agreed to make payments to the account, just to get them off my shoulders. They passed this account to AlliedInterstate for collections, the gentleman I worked with, was very reasonable, and listened to my needs as well. So I made the agreement to pay them direct, having nothing to do with ECMC. But after the 3rd month. They pulled the account from AlliedInterstate. Why? I was not told. So I called the ECMC office in Mn., they said they owed me no explenations. So after a contract agreement was made. And i made payments. They decided was to good to be true! Now am been called by ECMC from California. And Indianapolis Indiana. About they are wanting to be paid. Oh. Mind you now. They have added their collective Intrest on the balance. That the Mn. Office sent them in their file. So where does this stop? To who's benefit does the Gov. Loan offices work for? My son is now in a Gov. Loan program, he's due to finish college. And if He is dut to go through the same troubles, I wonder just how long it will be before he is due to start been haunted by these same jokers!

As I see it. We had a contract for repayment of this loan, they canceled it... So now what are my options? How much intrest is by law allowed for this collection agency to add. I will NOT pay them what I do not owe them. And that intrest they have kept adding. They can just roll it,
since they just add to the account. What they feel is theirs.
