I paid for ordination papers by credit, received no papers and can't contact them. This months ago

I have been a christian and studying the bible for thirty-six years. I saw an offer on trinity institute of christian counseling web site for a letter of ordination and ordered it.

I paid them months ago and was promised my paper would come in the mail in a week. It has never come yet and attempts to contact them by phone are fruitless, they would send me more emails to offer other things so I thought I would click on reply at the end of the email so I could ask them about it and the replys come back as no such address.

They need to be gotten of the internet as they will just keep on ripping off people.
