Charged credit card didn't send product or return emails about product rip-off thieves

I gave them 20 of my hard earned dollars for a sweater for my baby boy, they claim to use ups shipping but when they sent me a email confirmation about my order bieng shipped there was no tracking number, (everyone knows ups uses tracking numbers.) so i knew right away i was ripped off.

I sent 2 emails asking politely where my boys sweater was, no answer. The saddest thing is, is they claim to be parents, too. If they really were, they wouldnt pull some scam on other parents!

If they have kids i hope they dont grow up to be like them! Well, its been over 3 weeks now... No sweater. Thanks for nothing, dookiewear.com!: P
