Financial Asset Management Systems
Company charges interest in excess of $10000 on a student loan

Education & Science

On a student loan that I had, I went for one year in 1992 and left the school afterwards. Moved out of the country and came back i 1994. Years later I received a letter from this company that my bil was for $17000 from a loan of $3000 to $17000 and they preceeded to garnish my wages. Well I have tried to resolve this in a decent manner but as long as they collect directly from my wages no-one wants to help me or hear anything. With my poor salary I can barely pay my child support, rent a a feww bills. This trend is unsustainable and soon I will be literaly on the streets. They won't get nothing and I won't get nothing. Does this makes sense to anyone? They rather see you on the homeless path than agree to a sensible arraignment.

Can any one help me. No one wants to so far. And I don't have money to pay a lawyer since legal help wont help me.

The lesson to be learn is that when you attend those "career Colleges" make sure that when you sign, even if don't attend 1 or 2 or 3 years They receive the money for those years that you didn't go, but you still stuck with the bill because supposelly YOU SIGN FOR IT.
