Ripoff charge on my closed account Membership fee rip-off thieves

After closing my account with capital one in October I was charged for 3 months of internet services. This amount caused my balance to be over the limit allowed and then they charged me an overlimit fee. They removed this fee after I had called a lest 3 times.
My next statement came and I was charged a 49 dollar membership fee. I called the company and was told as long as I have a balance they can charge me a fee, even if I have closed the account. This is clearly a ripoff. I'm letting everybody I know about this wicked and gready company, please pass it on.
