I purchased the Wordsmart programe beleaving that this is the perfect thing to engage my son in improving his learning skills but that didnot hapen as the programe would not respond to the password provided repeated calls to the customer service and technical support were of no use as no one cared, finally i resorted to sending the company emails still no one responded.in the meantime the customer service department assured me that they had provided me with two extensions. Finally when i requested the product to be returned i get an email informing that the poroduct had passed the return deadline. On one side the customer service department informs me to use the product before returning, the company doesnot provide me with the code to activate the product, and when you go to return the product i am told too late. I am very unhappy with the unprofessional individuals engaged by the companu i fee as if i have been tricked by criminals these companies should not only be banned but criminal action should be
