Ripoff applied for credit & paid a fee, received my package, only to find out it is a fraud fraudulent ripoff business

I applied for a credit car, when i received my package and tried to opt-out by e-mail, i found out that it is a rip-off.

I have tried several times to e-mail the company and it never goes through
