Ripoff excessive local call charges

I received a bill, stating that I owed $59.42 for 4 local calls made from a phone booth down the street from my house.

When I contacted this company, some woman answered and became very disrespectful and belligerant on the phone. I had asked for her supervisor after this woman told me she would take $30.00 off the bill. Of course, no one else came to the phone.

I sent an Email to the Internet billing services of ILD, but the message came back 3 times, stating the delivery had failed.
