Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing stating it was authorized by me

We noticed on our company phone bill a charge of $34.95 for hosting our web site. The bill indicated the service was provided by Local Biz USA and it also showed a logo for ILD Telecommunication. We called Local Biz and they said the charge was authorized and they had a verification of my voice and I needed to call back at 9:00 A.M. The next day.

When I called back I spoke to Jean and she stated the verification unit was not in yet but she would remove the charges back to when they were started. She stated it may be 2 to 3 billing cycles for us to get our refund (we will wait and see on receiving our money back). I also asked Jean who ILD Telecommunications was and she said it is the same company.

I asked Jean how they could do this and she stated I had accepted a 14 day free trial for hosting our website. I would not have done so since we already have a website and had paid for the entire year. I strongly recommend everyone check their phone bills for scams like this.
