Fairbanks Capital posted our checks after the 15th of the month and charged us late fees.in September I paid them $2500. Ahead and they continued to charge me the late fees. Anytime I called, I would get the complete brush-ff. I talked with some very rude people.

In March I got a notice that they had not received my payment which was sent in the first of the month. I continued making my payments.in May they returned my March payment making my account 60 days in arrears. I then received a notice from Foutty and Foutty that I was being sued and I owed them $7000.

Now we are $12,000 behind. We filed chapter 13 to try to save the house in October but our payments will be so high, it will be impossible to meet. We will be losing our home of 30 years. I am on a disability. Fairbanks needs to be dealt with severely. Can anybody help us?
