Www.Cambridgeworld.com unacceptable 'service'

Ordered a Nikon Nuvis S from the online site. Recieved the camera weeks later and it was clearly a used camera, with deep scratches and obvious battery compartment abrasion. I phoned and they told me to send it back, they could not understand it as they do not stock used camera's. They do. After numerous phonecalls I got a refund. After more calls I got my postage back, but not the full costs of what it cost me to send it back. "You do what you have to" was the response!
The whole transaction was unprofessional, and the customer service was rude and unpleasant.

I would not recommend an online purchase from Cambridge Camera.
