Biggest scam for college students Canton Michigan

I was a victim at ITT canton campus. When i first went to sign up, the recrutier told me that criminal justice was available but after everything was signed and finalize he told me that he made a mistake and that course wasn;t offered until summer semester. So make a long story short he signed me up for computers and electronics.

Three months into the semester i went to talk to my student advisor or whatever he was and a lady informed me thst he quit two months ago. I didn't finish the program because i was not learning anything but was always offered by some guy student for help if you know helped them out.

Now i;m being sued by sallie mae for not making my payments. I faxed a forbearance paper to stop my loans going into colllections but the collections company told me it was a third party loan sent out by sallie mae and that i couldn;t put it in forbearance.

I need help with advice before i go to court. I wish everyone else who has problems with both sallie mae and itt get together and get a class action law suit against them. Or if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
