Lying disappointing cheating misleading unresponsive and uncaring

I am a graduate of ITT Technical Institute in Dayton, Ohio. The campus treated me fairly and helped me achieve my goal of gaining the technical knowledge that I went there for.

However, I am very disappointed with ITT Technical's branch located in the city of Tempe, Arizona. Upon my graduation from the Dayton, Ohio branch, I was told of a Bachelor's program to help me continue on my education in the career field that I felt I belonged in. I flew out to Tempe, Az in April to visit the campus and see the area with a fellow classmate to see if we could make the necessary move and attend school.

After meeting with the recruiters, program heads of the Drafting and Design department, and the financial aid department, we enrolled for their Digital Entertainment and Game Design Bachelor of Science Degree program. Everyone on that campus assured us that their program would start in July and that there would be enough people to start the classes. My class mate graduated three months before me, waited for me to graduate, then moved with me and became my roommate.

My roommate and I both have the same Associates of Science degrees from the Dayton, Ohio campus, and we both moved from Ohio to Arizona, with the hopes that we could further our education and knowledge of a career that we both felt would make us happy.

Unfortunately, after we paid our first months rent (at the time it was close to $900 a month), the fees for moving our things from Ohio to Arizona (totaling close to $5k), rising costs in food, and living expenses, the campus decided to tell us that our bachelor's program was being delayed for three months and no technical courses would be offered, and they decided to have us take Psychology in an online course. Their online courses were confusing, the teacher did not care for the class, and there was no type of discussion available for those in the class. The school did not help us find a job and left us to figure everything out on our own. For our first nine months in Arizona, we never stepped foot in a real class room for our program. They considered stapling together lists of job as job assistances.

The last time I spoke with the program director and Dean of the school, they only repeated that they were sorry and that they understood our problem, but did nothing to help me or my roommate afterwards.

After a couple of months, my roommate and I found out that the school has completely done away with all of their online courses, due to students paying other students to do their online work.

First, the campus lied to us.
Next, they disappointed us.
After that, they cheated us out of our education and our time.
Then, they turned to be unresponsive to our questions and concerns.
Finally, ITT in Tempe, AZ showed that they are uncaring to their students.
