AOL won't let me go dirty SOB's deceptive company victimized many consumers...

I've been using AOL for about 2 months now. About 2 weeeks ago i called them to discontinue to use their "service". My family was in a finacial crisis so the internet had to go. They offered me 2 more months for free. I still got billed even though i still had a month left. I called ago a few days ago telling them my modem had broken. They offered to send me a modem to replace my broken one and said it was best i finished my Trial period.

I logged in this morning to check my stocks, but to my surprise my account had been blocked. I called and they said i had to identify that it was really me who was using my account. So i told em everything except for when they asked for the last 4 digits of my social security number. Now i'm stuck with AOL. I decided to just not pay the bills, which by the way have reached well over $100 in "late" fees even tho i had paid bills on time. I feel so powerless. Being so young i can only do so much.
