I applied for a cash advance and they debited my bank account for $31.98 and they were not authorize now they have debited it again for $7.98

I went on the internet to get a cash advance but never got anything. The next day my bank acocount was debited for $31.98 and I did not authorize it the statement said ID theft protection. Today I noticed my bank account and they had debited $7.98 for the same service I did not order these people are saealing money ut of people's bank accounts and they need to be stopped. I tried to call that number of their's and I was alway's told they are busy they will talk to me when an agent got free but it never happend. They gave me a website to go to get the id theft canceled but it alway's brought me to your website for usacomplaints.com and it looks like they have taken advantage of a lot of people. I live on social security and it is a shame people take advantage of people who barely have enough money to get by.
