Took unauthorized money from my bank account

I was looking into information about a payday loan. A few days later there was an unauthorized $31.98 charge in my bank account. This also caused my account to be overdrawn. I called IDccustserv. They told my where to go online to cancel & request a refund. However, no action has been taken on this matter.
