Is a scam! They took my money and I got nothing! Can't be reached by phone. New York

I tried to file my 2005 tax return with file late.com. I filled out the forms on-line and submitted them. File late.com charged my debit card $34.95 and promised that I could retrieve my completed return from my status page within 2 business days. It has now been three weeks and there is no retrievable information on my status page to date.
Numerous calls and emails have been unanswered. I've called the 800 number dozens of times and have yet to talk to a real person. My next call will be to the attorney general's office.
