Filelate.com is a fraud. They bill you, NEVER file your tax return and charge your credit card. THEY ARE getting your financial information - and do not appear to be authorized by the IRS.
CALL the IRS and report them if you have had a bad experience with them.
Also contact the BBB and anyone else that you think may be able to shut them DOWN!!
