Josh Brown and his company ripped off every investor they recruited into their program. This man is a con and skimmed equity from grossly over-valued properties he sold to investors. My units were NEVER rented to anyone and were in a severe state of disrepair. The properties were sold with inflated and false appraisals. Not one single property they sold to an investor was a success. Every single property has ended up in foreclosure. Complaints have been filed with all law enforcement authorities. This man will go to jail. Do not do business with this man or any company he is associated with.
