Former Employee Speaks Out!

I work for "Ameraco" for several months and I must admit that this program is very difficult to make any money at. They teach us to make it sound so easy and you can make lots of money but it's not!!! They want you to believe that they have over 10,000 investors... They don't. The investors that we tell you about are from a data base in each state... They know nothing about Ameraco. Once you submit properties to us... We just give it to a few investors in that state only. Properties are seldom pick-up by investors... The key to this program is about investors picking up properties and giving you a commission for finding it. It's very difficult to find any investor to pick-up any properties... If property is not pick-up... You get no commission... It's sad. I join so many people that were eager and motivated to get started and make money... Only to be let down by this company. After awhile, it was hard for me to answer phone calls... They see ads from "reality Trac" or the ad in the USA Today paper or others... We have to sell them on a product that just doesn't work. I sold hundreds of these program to people all around the nation and I must admit that I couldn't find one success story... Not one person who made any money at this program... It was shocking to believe but it was true!!! I'm truly sorry for selling this program to hundreds of people... People who wanted to make money but never did. I'm ashame for my actions... It just wasn't right.
