They Ripped me off $169.93 and they only had permision for $1.95 BE CAREFULL!

I recieved a phone call on my Cell phone, non-the less, from an Indineasan man (I thought it had to be legit with that) stating I was 1 out of 5 lucky people recieving an all complimentery trip to 1 of 5 places (hawaii, orlando, FL, Las Vegas, NV, the Bahamas, and another i seem not to remember). I was thinking to myself. Ive never won anything like this in my life, but i was still catious. Im in high school and i have a little brother, they called me while i was picking him up from school so i asked for them to call back so i could get more information. About 3 hours later the same man called back and i got his name and ext. # to be on the safe side.

(Im not 18 only 17, which is a minor) they never even asked if i was 18 although i told him i was at school. They asked me for my bank account # and then i was about to hang up, so i stated that this better not be a scam. He said I assure you under law that this is not. He said he needs a $1.95 for the shipping of my Free Digital camera that was suposed to be 6 mega pixel or higher (turns out it was for a 2 MGP camera) and for the 3 offers Advantage phone service, high speed Dial up (like anyone has dial up any more) and slim body diet pills. He assured me several times that this is a law bidding agreement under contract that we only take $1.95, which settled me down. That was a mistake.

Being 17 I have to work hard for all of my money because every boss ive had treats and pays me like a mexican imigrant, also i dont get an alowance. So with a long discusion with my parents i gave them my account # and I had to say yes while they recorded it 5 times (im guessing so that they could mess with the recorded conversation incase of law investigation. Then the call ended and i recieved a package that was suposed to have a digital camera and 3 offers, but it was a cupon that said pay $10.74 for the shipping of your 2 MPG camera. And some papers that said nothing of the the $169.93 they would soon be taking.

When they finally took my money I called my bank imediatly complaining they didnt have my permission to take out any money but one time. I asked if they let anyone take money from an account if they "say" they have permission. They said they're sorry (like that helps any). So i call Apex and ask for the manager and for 3 straight days of calling at least 10 times a day all i got was " he's not in at the moment". So i called my bank and told them to block anymore transactions the could possibly make, and if there was a way to reverse the transaction. Then they said we can try but it cost $30. I said ok $140 is better than $0. I paid the money and about 2 weeks passed and i thought i was out of $200 when my bank called and said they were able to get my money reversed.

So make sure you dont fall into apex's scam and if you do call your bank block any further transactions and ask if they offer any assistants. Also My father finally talked to the manager and said I was a minor and they never asked if i was 18. So im guessing that helped. Just dont give up and if all else fails stop them from taking more of your money
