Totally screwed me over now can not get a hold of them. Someone help me get my money back please

IBD Marketing has really screwed me over. I got a phone call from one guy. I gave them my debit card number. They took out the money in the amount of $399 sent me my contract.

It was the wrong contract, they had the wrong resort name on there and the wrong price I was selling it for. I called them back, they told me to send that contract back to them, so I did and I got another contract everything was correct on the second one.

Well about a week later I got my bank statement and there was an extra $399 taken out of my account. I contacted my bank right away and found out that IBD had taken the mone out twice. So I called them and told them I wanted my money back.

Plus I wanted them to pay for the overdraft charges my bank charged me. So they sent me a check for the amount that everything added up to. I deposited the check into my account. A few days later I found out my account was again negative $400 or so. The check that IBD sent me bounced. I called IBD back and told them about it. They kept telling me that they would send me the money to get it all straightened out.

I waited almost a month or longer to get this money from them and within that time my account had to be closed because the late payment fees from overdraft charges and crap like that had added up pretty high... Then IBD had sent me a check for half of what I owed my bank...

My resort has been up for sale through them for almost 2 yrs. Now I can not get a hold of them via email or phone. Their website account has been suspended and phone numbers have been disconnected or changed. I was also promised a $500 gift card if my timeshare was not sold within 4 days. Do u think I ever received that. Heck no. If anyone has any information on this company please let me know all I want is my back that I had to pay out.

IBD Marketing is a BIG RIPOFF noone should go through them. Someone please help me out with info on them. Anyone that has gone through them. We should all sue them for all they got. Freakin scam idiots lol
