Pell Grant Scam Phoenix

I would like to state that I agree with some of the other consumers. My problem is that I am going through some issues and I have just started with the school. I have almost finished with my first set of classes and I have been having problems with my financial aid. The first few times I filled out my information, I went along with the guidance counselors on filling out my paperwork. Now I have finally gotten my loans approved and disbursed, there is an ongoing problem with my FAFSA. With prior experience, I already know how to maneuver and find out when disbursements are supposed to be made as well as when disbursements are made to the schools I've attended throughout the years. The latest problem is stupid because I wasn't married and filed head of household and after submitting numerous copies of divorce decrees, and marriage licenses and tax returns, they keep coming up with erroneous information that I didn't file appropriately on my taxes in the year of 2006. I don't know what is going on but the last time I called in, one of the counsellors insinuated that I was black by telling me that I didn't need to go and get Johnny Cochran for representation. My ethinicity has no relevance to giving me my Pell grant. I haven't even received my award letter from the school yet because they keep saying that they are still processing my paperwork. From previous schools, I usually received my Pell grants first. I know it hasn't changed that much just because I chose to study online out of convenience to me and my family. I have researched and have estimated my Pell grant to be between 2100-2500 which I should have received already. I do feel that I am about to be scammed. Any help anyone before I get messed up like the rest of you all.
