Hoodwinked me into believing I was an award winner in a Ten Million Dollar Giveaway

I received a letter with six $400.00 vouchers telling me I won a consolation prize in the 10 Million Dollar Sweepstakes Clearinghouse Giveaway and could use my voucher toward the purchase of RCA Home Stereo Sound System, DVC Camcorder (no such brand), Watches, Dell Laptop Dell Desktop, Luggage. The remaining balance of the cost could be paid in check or money order or get on a layaway plan with my major credit card. Putting pressure tactics using a tight deadline indicating the vouchers expired in soon calling it a grace period!
