Went online and ordered truck part for $125.00 and didn't received part and the company kept my money and won't answer my calls or emails

I went online (25 January), and ordered a steering knuckle for 2002 dodge dakota truck, The cost for part was $100.00 and $25.00 for shipping. They took the payment from my visa card. We never received the part and he has never returned our calls. I have contacted the BBB in the town of Tuscola, Il and have not recieved any answer or results. I have documentation of everything. If they can't return my money the website should be closed down. The BBB said that they have recieved 15 complaints of this nature concerning this company. The license for this company is under a woman's name, i have her name too, Please help me.
